UXFileListView

UXFileListView is the listing area of the UXFilePanel. It draws the visible rows (folders first, the selection band, right-aligned sizes) from the panel’s filtered, sorted row list and scroll position. It routes clicks back to the panel: a click selects, a double-click opens a file or enters a folder. All state lives on the panel; this view only paints it.
